I spoke with both Randy and Ali. We had a good discussion and both of them gave good pointers. I liked the point about Beta testing and gathering a group of early users. I wish they were little more structured with their approach to consulting a startup. 1) what do you do before you jump in to starting a business. 2) Do you need a co-founder.
