In the 397 hours of paid 1-2-1 coaching I’ve delivered (excluding team coaching, facilitation, free coaching), I’ve seen and heard it all. My clients tell me everything and it’s a genuine privilege to help them figure out what’s going on and where to invest their valuable time and energy.

A lot of my work can be boiled down to decision making. As Einstein once said: ‘if I had an hour to chop down a tree I’d spend 55 minutes sharpening the axe.’ I take time to unpack the unique context my clients find themselves in. Then in the last few minutes of every session, I’ll ensure my client has a series of actions that they feel confident about and compelled to take.
